youtube is really weird! i think i got too in my head about it and there's just a lot about it that i don't really understand. there was also some weird stuff going on but i shouldn't have let it get to me. unfortunately i deleted the vintage story world i was playing on for my series as well as the hours of footage i recorded for my second video lmao. oh yeah and i deleted my entire youtube channel. i am my own worst enemy.
i'm not going to give up though, i plan on making a new channel and just starting over. its really not the end of the world. i do regret deleting my old channel because all of the lovely comments from people who enjoyed my videos are gone. i was too in my own head and didn't consider that. i do keep backups of all of my finished videos though so they're not gone forever. i may re upload the vintage story video whenever i get around to making a new channel, but yeah unfortunately that series will not be continued lol.
for now i have to focus on moving so maybe the timing wasn't quite right for getting back into youtube, anyway. its ok though because i learned a lot from the work i did on the vintage story videos and i have a clearer idea of how i want to do things going forward. i will be starting a new vintage story series but i want to do it a bit differently.
anyway i just wanted to write about that before i stop using this blog. i think if i'm going to continue doing youtube stuff i'm gonna have to stop having personal spaces online because i'm just overly paranoid about my privacy :P so that's another thing i'm trying to get sorted out when i have time.
